Where to find the representative?
You will be greeted by a representative from Sol-Ha Tours & Travel Agency outside the Cancun airport building.
This person will be wearing a salmon-colored shirt and black pants (no name tags), holding a sign that says: “HOTELES SOLARIS”
You may ask for: JAVIER, JESÚS, MONICA o IVAN , who will welcome you and escort you to the van.
The arrival of the van for your pick-up may take 30 to 45 minutes as they come from the parking lot outside the airport.

The waiting period is 30 to 45 minutes after the flight arrival time.
DO NOT waste time inside the hall with people trying to stop you to sell tours or timeshares ('Pirates'); otherwise, you will lose your transportation.
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please call the hotel 2 hours in advance.
DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO CALL THE HOTEL FOR YOU.
Once the flight lands, the waiting time at the exit is 90 to 120 minutes depending on the airport terminal you arrive at.
