Where do we start?

The recommendation is to get in touch between 6 to 9 months before the wedding, primarily because, as it is a hotel, different events take place and it is very important to have your ideal date reserved in advance. It is essential that, to reserve the date, at least 20% of the package is paid.

If you don't have a specific date yet, don't worry; with the support of your coordinator, you can find the one that best suits you. They will consult seasons and weather forecasts to minimize as much as possible any rain or storm (we don't want that!).

And well, to have everything in order, you will have a contract, which, once signed, will start the preparations. Do you have it in mind? We will do it! You will be able to choose from catalogs of food, flowers, themes, and colors. And if you want to personalize it, you are welcome to bring what you need.

As your date gets closer, things will fall into place; approximately 6 weeks before your big day, the most precise details will be completed to have the full visualization.

Another plus is that not only that day will be special, but your entire stay. From the moment you arrive, you will have personalized attention and will get to know the locations and the rest of the team, who will become your Solaris family.

And your guests? Since everyone is staying at the hotel, comfort will be their ally. Everyone will be on time at the meeting point, and if they forget something, it will be just a couple of minutes away... And what if you prefer to have an intimate wedding? Sometimes the world is just for the two of you, and that is okay; at Solaris, you can have it even if your guests are only the two of you or up to 100 people.
