Hoteles Solaris de México has been committed to society for several years through social programs, support for needy and vulnerable communities, and by not discriminating against people who want to be part of the Solaris family. On this occasion, we would like to highlight the labor inclusion of older adults, seeking the social reactivation of senior citizens in society, as well as the benefit to the family economy, as many continue to be economic providers in their homes.

Many of them live through social programs or, in the worst cases, live solely on charity.

Therefore, providing the opportunity for employment with a salary and benefits to older adults not only favors their economy, but also their environment, security, nutrition, health, and education.
