Pancho Solaris The 5 best themed parties to celebrate his birthday

Like every year, this August we are celebrating at Hoteles Solaris for the birthday of our mascot and friend Pancho Solaris, who is turning 17 years old, during which time we have been hosting the best themed parties in Cancun.

If you have visited us before, you surely already know the cheerful and jokester Pancho Solaris. If you don't know him yet, now is the perfect time to do so, as you can join him in the activities to celebrate his 17th birthday.

Over these years, we have held great themed parties to celebrate him throughout his birthday month. Now, we will tell you about some of the most fun parties we have had to celebrate Pancho:

The 5 most fun Pancho Solaris themed parties

1. Pirate Party in 2015

For his tenth anniversary, we held a "Pirate Party" throughout the month of August to celebrate Pancho. With a concept close to the sea and wearing a pirate costume, Pancho was accompanied by our visitors, who were able to enjoy various events, such as the beach show with a pirate ship framing the sunset.

2. Retro Party – Jungle Party – Circus Party 2016

In 2016, we celebrated different costume parties throughout the month with 3 themes:
Retro Party: featuring movies and clothing from the 70s and 80s, an authentic celebration of the music and fashion of that era, during which we held a "disco party" that got our visitors singing and dancing.
Jungle Party: With spectacular set design, which included the design of the front of a plane that crashed in the middle of the jungle, our guests were able to enjoy a show accompanied by sounds, dances, and jungle inhabitants.
Circus party: Clowns, jugglers, fairies, and other circus characters accompanied Pancho in his celebration and entertained our guests with different activities that made them feel like they were inside a real circus.

3. Surf Party 2017

What better place to host a surf-style party than on the beaches and pools of Hoteles Solaris. In this celebration, our guests accompanied Panchito Solaris in different fun activities, wearing commemorative t-shirts and using surfboards.

Fact: Pancho Solaris was born in 2005 as a fusion of a pelican and an albatross, two of the most distinctive seabirds on Mexican beaches.

4. Monster Vacation Party 2018

As in previous years, every Friday in August, shows, parties, and dynamics were held, but this time under the concept of "monster vacation," with Panchidracula as the star of the show, accompanied by other characters from the famous Hotel Transylvania.

5. Galactic Beach Party 2019

On that occasion, Pancho celebrated his birthday exploring space with a theme that included spaceships, where both children and adults enjoyed contests, games, piñatas, and music.

During the celebrations, an illusionist made an appearance, and an interactive party was held with inflatables and buffets with space decorations.

Super Heroes Party 2022

Now, during every Friday in August 2022, we will celebrate Pancho Solaris as we always have: in a big way, with a Super Heroes party. This will include activities such as Marvel trivia, Hulk's arm, Marvel face paint, create your own galactic ice cream, multiverse game, and the Marvel party to have fun with your favorite superheroes.
