That is why this November, we have prepared delicious Italian dishes and drinks full of flavor and #SolarisPassion for you to enjoy in an intimate and warm atmosphere, with live music and a beautiful view of the Nichupté Lagoon: Veneto, a great option for those who want a romantic evening during dinner.

To start, we recommend you try the different types of bread baked by our chefs. Pair them with a classic Italian dressing, olive oil with fine herbs and balsamic vinegar; this is the best option to wait for or accompany your food.

Pasta: one of the most important dishes in Italy. At Solaris, we love for you to have great moments, which is why we focus on the quality of the ingredients and the traditional way of preparing them; because of this, all pasta is fresh and homemade so you can enjoy the true Italian flavor.

The house specialty: gnocchi prepared inside a wheel of parmesan cheese which, in addition to being delicious, is quite an experience to prepare, as everything is cooked in front of your table so you can enjoy an incredible evening Solaris-style.

Dietary restrictions: Remember that, in case you have any dietary restrictions, you can notify your waiter who will offer you different options*, for example, switch your traditional pasta for potato pasta or carrot noodles.

Limoncello: as a cocktail or digestive, enjoy this traditional Italian drink. The bar area was in charge of preparing it in an artisanal way. Obtained from the infusion of yellow lemon peels in alcohol and sugar, with a totally natural production, free of colorings, additives, and preservatives. We invite you to enjoy it ice-cold and accompanied by a delicious dessert!
