At Hoteles Solaris de México, we are very aware that breakfast is an essential part of a healthy diet, which is why we have everything you need to have a balanced diet from very early in our restaurants; from fruits, cold cuts, freshly made eggs, different deliciously prepared protein options, nutrient-rich salads, cereals, fruit juices, hot chocolate, coffee, and to accompany it, some delicious hot cakes or freshly baked bread. Solaris Tip: Every day you will find a delicious breakfast menu, but we recommend you attend early on Mondays because we have a Mexican menu that is Ex-qui-site!
The Las Fuentes restaurant at Royal Solaris Cancún is known for the diversity of dishes it offers, as it features themed breakfasts every day of the week!
On Mondays (better known as #LunesMexícanisimos), you can delight yourself with typical Mexican flavors surrounded by decoration full of color and music that will remind you of every corner of our beautiful country. On Tuesdays, enjoy the Enchilada and Chilaquiles Festival; and how about preparing yourself on Wednesday to eat churros and donuts with a tasty hot chocolate? All made by our incredible cooks! Upon arriving on Thursday, we will surprise you with exclusive dishes from the Mayan region and its gastronomic heritage at the Yucatecan Festival.
Our traditions and legacy are definitely present in our buffets for you to enjoy your stay in Mexico, because we know very well that you want to get to know our gastronomy, which is so varied and world-renowned due to its 2010 designation by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
But we also love to spoil our little guests, since in addition to the buffet we offer every morning, Las Fuentes has a section with food prepared especially for them, ensuring they are happy to have breakfast before going to have fun at the Mini Club!
And as a special touch, we have a guest every morning who loves to drop by to say hello, so while you enjoy a delicious breakfast, you can have fun with the visit of Pancho Solaris! The charismatic mascot of Hoteles Solaris de México, who starting at nine in the morning, takes a few minutes to brighten up your morning together with his friends from the entertainment team.
Upon your arrival at Café Solaris, in addition to the warm welcome that characterizes us, you will be amazed by the spaciousness of our restaurant. Like every good buffet at Hoteles Solaris de México, you will be able to delight yourself with a wide variety of dishes. Something that our guests appreciate almost as much as the delicious food we have is the option to have breakfast while enjoying the sound of the sea; Café Solaris has a beautiful terrace with a view of our relax area and the sea.
With all the options we have, do you still not know what to have for breakfast? You can "play it safe" and create your own omelet, and without a doubt, some of the best in all of Cancún are those prepared by our dear Obilia, who sees every guest as someone from her own family and prepares everything with a lot of love and #PasiónSolaris.
Have you finished breakfast but still have a little room? Do not hesitate to ask our waiters for our delicious "Café lechero," which is the perfect combination of coffee with milk (to your liking). Without a doubt, the best way to end breakfast and prepare yourself for a unique day in Cancún.
Also called Café Solaris, but as unique as the one in each hotel, it is a cozy space at GR Caribe by Solaris, with the same Mediterranean architecture as the rest of the hotel, featuring an incredible enclosed terrace so you can enjoy the view of the blue sea of Cancún while being protected from the sun or rain.
Everything is exquisite for breakfast here, but you definitely cannot miss the variety of house-made bread, delights that come straight from the oven to your plate.
