Hoteles Solaris is committed to always offering the best available rate for each room type and current plan.

If you find a lower rate published on another website or online travel agency under the same stay conditions, Hoteles Solaris will match that rate and offer an additional 10% discount on the nightly room rate, as long as the following requirements are met:

How does it work?

  1. The request must be submitted within 24 hours after your reservation.
  2. Send us the link and a screenshot where you found the lower rate through the guarantee claim form.
  3. You will receive a response to your request within a maximum of 24 hours.

Claim conditions:

  • The price must be lower than the official Hoteles Solaris rate.
  • It must not be listed on an official Hoteles Solaris channel.
  • The rate must correspond to the same hotel, room type, dates, number of guests, and meal plan.
  • The rate must be available for immediate booking.

Restrictions:

  • Non-refundable rates, regardless of the booking channel.
  • Corporate or negotiated rates that are not publicly available.
  • Packages that include transportation, activities, or other additional services.
  • Reservations that do not offer immediate confirmation.
  • Rates published on auction sites or that require special membership.
  • The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or benefits of the destination hotel.

Presentation process:

Claims will not be accepted if the reservation is presented after check-in.
Claims must be submitted using the following form within 24 hours of booking.
