Colonial Architecture, Romantic Settings for a Pleasant Vacation

Founded in 1730 and known for its colonial architecture, romantic setting and rich history, San Jose has an easygoing, small town feel with a large main plaza for colorful festivals and events.

There's a lot to do in and around San Jose, with every type of activity nearby, especially if you're sports minded.

 San Jose del Cabo foundation festivities

As most of the towns all over Mexico, Los Cabos people celebrate Saint Joseph (San Jose in spanish) every year in march. A religious festival with a wide gastronomic feast.

Different cultural demonstrations, art expositions, dance, music and of course the mechanical rides. The Spring Queen will now rule for a whole year, until the next most beautiful girl in town competes for the crown.

Art festival Todos Santos

This beautiful and pintoresque town is distinguished for the emergence of culture through the years. The Art Festival as part of the cultural diversity takes place every year in february where artists, painters, musicians join to fascinate curious tourists.

Located between La Paz and Cabo San Lucas, Todos Santos is a popular town to visit.Todos Santos celebrates their patron saint festivities on october 12, with several cultural events during all day long.

Cabo Jazz Festival

National and international artists share with local people and tourists their music, through different shows. Year after year in the mid july, musical bands arrive to Los Cabos to participate on this celebration of jazz music.

The meeting point is in Plaza San Jose just a few steps from the Parroquia de San José, the city's only church.

Carnival of La Paz

Annual event of more than 100 years old which is celebrated in the last week of february or the first week of march.

Culture richness and singular traditions full of color are synonymous of this popular celebration in La Paz.

The seawall from La Paz is the scenery where all the events take place such as the "Burnt of the bad mood", The Happiness King crowning, The Carnival Queen Crowning, recognitions and awards to the Poetry Queen and King. a spectacular naval combat with fireworks and the traditional parade.
